Inenco have an extremely experienced team of environmental consultants, and in addition to our Environmental Management Programme, aimed at minimising the impact of IPPC, we offer a range of services to assist clients with post permit issues including:

• Establishment and maintenance of a Site Protection and Monitoring Programme (SPMP) in accordance with the Regulators requirements.

• Management of the implementation of the requirements of the IPPC improvement notice.

We will assist with the planning of the requirements of the improvement notice issued by the Regulator, including negotiations on timing of the various elements to co-ordinate with other business plans, but to meet the requirements of the Regulator.

• Representation of the Client in discussions/negotiations with the Environment Agency/Local Authority.

We will act on your behalf, or support you (whichever approach is preferred) in any dealings/negotiations with the Regulator.

• Monitoring of continuously developing environmental legislation and advising the Company in a timely manner where they may be impacted.

Environmental legislation is constantly evolving, as is interpretation of existing legislation. We will keep the Client informed of any changes in interpretation, or any new legislation which may impact the Client, either positively or negatively.

• Implementation of an Environmental Management System – we recommend that businesses adopt a scheme accredited to ISO 14001.
