The Inenco Fuel Card System is completely Free of Charge, there are no hidden extras, you only pay for the fuel drawn and the structured, VAT acceptable invoice, makes accounting and administration very easy.
Inenco provides a dedicated team to backup and support both you and your driver. This can be accessed via the freephone number (0800 279 0902).
Inenco purchase Bulk Diesel Fuel at wholesale prices on the Spot Market, the fuel is then put into the national network and made available to Fuel Card customers. The cost of Fuel drawn is a national price which is dependant upon usage and the prevailing market prices.
The combined Diesel Direct and Texaco Fast Fuels Networks offer the choice of over 2,500 fuel sites countrywide, which have been refined over many years to provide an efficient network of both specialised HGV refueling facilities and High Street Oil Company outlets.
All fuel sites use electronic card reading technology to ensure that information is received speedily and with a high level of both accuracy and security.
Fuel Cards can be allocated to either a driver or a vehicle and are restricted to the purchase of fuel and lubricants only, which means that drivers need not carry cash and are not able to purchase other items on the company's account. Pin numbers provide additional security and enable drivers to use automated sites.
An invoice is produced every Monday for any fuel drawn during the previous seven days, payment is due fourteen days later, by Direct Debit. This gives an average of eighteen days free credit on each transaction and provides fuel on a true ' Use now - Pay later' basis.
There is no additional charge for management reports and details of each transaction including date, time, vehicle registration number, mileage, litres of fuel drawn and cost are provided.
In addition, vehicle efficiency reports, which show a vehicle's performance in miles per litre, highlights inefficient or suspect vehicle transactions.
The Inenco Fuel Card system is completely free of charge, there are no hidden extras, cards are supplied without charge, there is no minimum account charge and reporting comes as part of the overall package. There is no additional charge for new or replacement cards, so you only pay for any fuel drawn.
